We would like to inform you first-hand about an important change in the life of Invitech ICT Services Ltd.

On 30 September 2021, Invitech’s, one of Hungary's leading infocommunication service providers, 100% business quota was acquired by 4iG Nyrt, and from this date Invitech operates as a member of the 4iG group, became 100% owned by 4iG Plc.

This change does not require any action on the part of our partners, and we are remaining connected to our customers as usual via our colleagues, who you all know very well.

As always and in all areas, you can continuously count on our employees and our world-class technological background that provides a solid foundation for the digital development of companies operating in Hungary, from traditional telecommunications services to the latest IT security and cloud-based solutions.

Our new owner, 4iG, is one of the leading conglomerates in the Hungarian ICT market. Therefore, thanks to the technology solutions, network infrastructure, employee expertise of Invitech and 4iG, we will be able to take even greater steps the digital world.
